I had asked you to enable RSS/Atom feeds - but keep this option enabled anyway.
The Blogger CP permits (has) only these setting that I've already enabled earlier. Maybe the URL http://keshavmahavidyalaya.blogspot.com/atom.xml is of some help to you. Incase you still don't find an answer, go ahead to create a sample blog and then you can fwd. me the setting(s)(if there are any) coz right now everything's enabled!
